Your package includes 2 hours of taking pictures, meetings, holding, walking,
feeding and if available riding horses and a bounce house and/or other inflatable equipment.
2- Party tables that seat 10 guests per table & 1 Dedicated Cake/gift Table/food table,
Tablecloth, Paper Plates, Plastic Cups, Napkins & Plastic Utensils (clear, silver or white in color
to match your theme unless you bring your own).

What do I need to Bring?
You can bring a cake, cupcakes, cookies, candles, presents, ballons and other party favorites,
Maybe a clown if you’d like & don’t forget the birthday child!
Can I bring my own decorations/balloons/tableware?
Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations and food with a paid birthday event

Number of Guests for This Package: 20
Extra Guest: $25 (any age over 2 years old)
Extra Tables: $50
Extra Chairs: $5
Extra Time Needed/Requested if Available: Extra Hour $250 (fee is paid beforehand)
Party Session Fee: $ 750
(There will be a 40% non-refundable deposit to hold the date for up to 36 hours from event time.
The rest of the non- refundable balance needs to be paid “IN FULL” no later than 7 days before the event.
If the weather is an issue on day of event, we can reschedule your event for a later date and time if that time
frame is open.)
Our events are scheduled in 3-hour time slots
2 hours are dedicated to the attractions included in your package and 30 minutes to set up prior &
30 minutes to clean up afterwards. Please make sure you clean up completely so you will
not be charged for a cleanup fee later).
Everyone at your party must vacate the premises after the time is up so we can
have enough space and time to set up for the next party. IF additional time is requested and we have
open space, we can accommodate you for an additional fee.
